This charming bed & breakfast offers really good attention to detail, from the unique waffle-shaped towels to the fresh linen bedding. The good breakfast served in the garden, along with a fine roof terrace view over the Sassi, ensures a relaxing stay. Perfect for exploring. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was epic, heaps of choice and delicious. Just wished the room was a bit bigger, but overall, sweet as!

The location is AMAZING, in the heart of the old town.

Just a fine choice for a lightning trip in Matera with very good value for money. The breakfast served in the lovely garden was a nice touch, made my mornings enjoyable. Don't forget to pack insect repellent if you're visiting after it rains.

We loved pretty much everything about this place! The owners were kind and gave us the best tips on where to eat and what to see. I mean, the room was like something out of a movie, carved in stone, very cool and unique!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know what? It was acceptable.

Wow! This place is amazin! Perfect location with gorgeous views from the roof terrace filled with plants! The room was super comfy and looked just like in the pics. The bathroom carved into the rock was sooo cool! Breakfast served outside was fab and our hosts were really kind and friendly! Definitely coming back!

only wish check-out was later than 10:00 and it wasn't easy to find at first due to the cobblestone streets!

Finding the place can be a challenge due to mixed-up street numbers, and dragging your luggage over cobblestones isn't exactly a walk in the park. Plus, the location means you're a solid trek from the Duomo, so be prepared for some hiking. While the air conditioning worked, it wasn't the most effective, especially when you really need it.
